These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of smallbatchfarms.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. Small Batch Farms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Small Batch Farms reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3. Products

Small Batch Farms sells food products (including beef jerky) and branded merchandise. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Food Products: Our products are produced in a facility that may process common allergens. Please review all ingredient and allergen information before purchasing. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact us before placing an order.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

Payment is processed at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Small Batch Farms reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Small Batch Farms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales on consumable items are final. We do not accept returns on beef jerky or other food products once shipped.

For merchandise (apparel, accessories, and branded goods), we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@sbbeef.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided they have not yet been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@sbbeef.com. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Small Batch Farms and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and all products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Small Batch Farms does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Small Batch Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or purchase of our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Missouri.
